FAQs
Where Does the Data Come From?
- Food hygiene ratings come from the Food Standards Agency, planning applications from Cheltenham Borough Council’s planning register, street works from the Department for Transport’s Street Manager, power cuts from National Grid Electricity Distribution, fuel prices from the GOV.UK fuel price scheme and the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, sewage spills from the Water UK National Storm Overflow Hub and problem reports from FixMyStreet.
Why Are Some Ratings From September?
- A rating is published after the business has had 21 days to appeal, and councils upload ratings in batches, so a rating published in October can be from an inspection in September.
When Is the Next Roundup?
